What is the waiting period?

The standard waiting period is three months. If you have active cover with another funeral parlour, this may be waived. A R500 once-off immediate membership option is also available.

Is there a joining fee?

No. There is no joining fee to become a member.

Can I cover family with different surnames?

Yes. Different surnames are accepted, provided each member is listed on the policy.

How do I claim?

Visit our office with the deceased’s ID, death certificate and your policy document. Our team will guide you through the process.

What if I miss a payment?

Your cover may lapse if premiums are missed. Contact us as soon as possible so we can help you understand your options.
